Shipping policy

Once your order and payment have been confirmed in our system, the product(s) are handed over to the carrier for delivery, excluding public holidays and weekends. Although uncommon, disruptions may occur during distribution. If this happens, you will be notified by email.

Shipping information

Herseyben.de ships orders with Aras Kargo. Your orders are delivered to the address you provide by the carrier between 09:00 and 18:00, excluding public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the contracted carrier's delivery policy and your delivery address. Shipping charges are determined by the product's shipping profile and the order amount.

Payment

You can pay for your order by credit card and BKM Express. Under the general shipping profile, shipping is free for orders of TRY 350 or more; the shipping charge for orders below TRY 350 is TRY 59. Under the shipping profile for made-to-order mats, shipping is free for orders of TRY 900 or more; the shipping charge for orders below TRY 900 is TRY 99. When products from different shipping profiles are ordered together, their shipping charges may be combined. The final shipping charge applicable to your order is displayed at checkout.

Returns

You may return the product or service you purchased within 14 days after delivery without stating any conditions.
